"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way."

I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I completed my M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Windsor and I am licensed in adult clinical and counselling psychology.

My approach to therapy is integrative. I mainly draw on Rational-Emotive Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Focusing-Oriented Therapy. I PROVIDE SERVICES FOR ADULTS (AGES 18-65) REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:
  • Bipolar Disorder and Depression

  • Borderline Personality Disorder

  • Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, OCD

  • Eating Disorders

  • Relationship Issues

EXPERIENCE

I completed my residency program at Memorial University of Newfoundland’s Student Wellness and Counselling Centre in 2016-2017, and I worked at the Student Counselling Centre at the University of Windsor from 2017 to 2021. Employment at these fast-paced and high-volume outpatient mental health clinics challenged me to help individuals who present with a very wide variety of issues and backgrounds when available time is limited.
